# Auto Mace

Runs a keybound mace hit, with axe setup for shielded targets.

Runs a keybound mace hit, with axe setup for shielded targets.

{% hint style="warning" %}
This module needs a key bound before it does anything. Set one in its ClickGUI panel.
{% endhint %}

## What it does

Press the key and Auto Mace runs the mace combo: it picks the mace, waits for enough fall distance, lands the smash, and can swap back to the slot you were holding. If the target is shielding, it sets up with an axe first. It chooses between a Wind Burst mace and a Breach mace based on your fall height, or uses the one you force.

## When to use it

Use it for mace drops where the swap timing decides whether the smash lands. Set Min Fall Distance to at least 1.5, which is the game's minimum for a smash.

## Settings

*These match the module panel in the client.*

| Setting           | What it does                                                                               |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Mace Type | Default, Windburst, or Breach. Default picks Wind Burst from high and Breach from low. |
| Target Range | max distance to start the combo (0 to 6 blocks). Real attack reach still applies. |
| Min Fall Distance | fall blocks before the smash fires (0 to 10, game minimum 1.5). |
| Windburst Height | in Default mode, the fall height at or above which it picks the Wind Burst mace (0 to 20). |
| Combo Cooldown | ticks to wait after a combo before another can start (0 to 40). |
| Restore Slot | swap back to the hotbar slot held when the combo started. |
| Restore Delay | randomized range of ticks before swapping back (0 to 20). |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://cesium.gitbook.io/cesium-docs/modules/mace/auto-mace.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
